"A discrepancy on their part (vin we provided had been correct but they wrote a different model of car) caused our rates to go up and now they’re trying to talk my wife into paying for bundle packages to lower the rates and refuse to fix the issue. Thanks “Lety” & Sabrina. [Edit] spoke to lety who was as abrasive as one could be, hung up and called back & was able to speak with Sabrina who explained that every car has a rate bracket and ours simply now fits in a higher one."
